2016 Silver Tray Award Winners
Participants were judged in six categories: appetizer, entrée, dessert, beer, wine and table presentation. First place winners received the coveted “Silver Tray” award, distinguishing them as the best of the best. Winners for the 2016, 13th Anniversary Celebration were:

Dessert-Almond shortbread crusted goat cheesecake with lilac mixed berry syrup.
1st Place Fish Tales— Executive Chef Ben Schneller
Sauteed scallop on a wild mushroom risotto cake with sauteed spinach finished with white truffle butter and microgreens.
1st Place Great Wolf Lodge – Wisconsin Dells, WI
Blackened baby shrimp with sauteed onions, peppers, and jalapenos smothered in our signature lodge crafted BBQ. Served over stone ground hominy and white cheddar grits.
